The question on everyone's lips is: How will Big Hero 6 compare to Disney's monster smash hit, Frozen?! Well, of course, Big Hero 6 isn't a musical, nor is it your average Disney movie. For the first time, Disney have tackled the big monster, action hero genre. Sounds weird doesn't it? But it's true, Disney have never tackled the same themes and plotlines as you might find in a regular Marvel movie!

According to Amazon.com, you won't be able to buy this doll set, until December 2014...but you never know, keep checking on the site and you might find that they get an earlier release. How amazing does it look though? Baymax in all his kitted out glory, and Hiro looking exactly like the hero he is destined to be. A truly superb addition to any doll collection, and certain to bring a smile to any fan of the film, young or old.  |

I love this Big Hero 6 trailer. You can see straight away that Disney not only care about how their films looks, but also the story. The story telling in this movie is really good, there are deeply rooted emotional bonds with the characters (especially between Hiro and Baymax) and there's enough action to interest fans of the Marvel movies too. Something for everyone. Big Hero 6 just keeps us wanting more!

Now, this is THE coolest toy. It's a beautiful doll of Baymax, but that's not all. It's made from vinyl, and from his tummy, is a projection image from the film! How freeeeeking cool is that? There are 8 in total, and to change the projection, all you do is pull his arm down. Want, want, want!! This Baymax doll is going to be so popular with kids, I know it. Not only for those that want to have their own Baymax, but as a comforter for bedtime too. If your little one doesn't like the dark, then they can take Baymax to bed, and the light of his tummy will keep them company. Cute, right? Again, according to Amazon, it doesn't look like stock will be available until mid-December, but keep checking - they might have some early stock released. We can but hope! |

I love it when Disney films release a plush version of their main characters. As you probably know, Baymax takes various forms in the movie, so here he is in his original, Nursebot form...and isn't this Baymax a cutey? Standing at 10 inches tall, and when you give him a little squeeze, he'll speak the best phrases and lines from the movie. Super cute! Looks like another case of availability from December 2014, but keeping checking for early release. |

At first glance, you might think this is a super scary monster, but when you realise it's actually the hap-hazard and loveable Fred, as his alter ego, Fredzilla, you suddenly grow very fond of the "monster". I just love the colors and also the coloring technique here, especially the spray paint like tones with the dark and light blue. If you're looking for soft toy, that has a certain "boyish" charm - then this Fredzilla toy is absolutely perfect. Also, Including a Disney Store patch on the leg to show genuine authenticity. |

I think this might be my favourite #BigHero6 trailer. I love how they so very quickly give you a sense of why Baymax is here, and why he has such a profound affect on Hiro. The first 30 seconds, really put a lump in my throat. Paradoxically though, the animation is relatively simple - but the emotion is really stirred by the music, and the most importantly, the story. I think it's beautiful. Aaaaanyway, take a peek at the trailer, then tweet me or chat to me on Facebook, about whether you think I'm crazy or not, haha!

The best thing I love about this lil character, has to be the name. I mean, how cool is it to have three "Goes" in your name?? I love "Go Go Tomago" for it. It's like having a real positive spin on your name - Go! Go! Go! ...I wonder if I can get away with adding a couple of "Goes" to the start of my name, probably not. Shame! This fab Big Hero 6 toy character, comes complete with the "mag-lev" wheel discs, that make this yellow hero so distinctive. If you're looking for toy that sits on the more affordable end of the collectors-toy-price-spectrum, then this one is for you. Hands up, who loves Honey Lemon? Meeeee! I think she's so cool...don't you just love her little power bag? Now, the thing you need to know about this Big Hero 6 doll, is that according to reviews on Amazon, she won't stand up on her own. However, if you have her leaning with other Big Hero 6 toys, it should be fine. If you're buying her for display purposes, it might be a good idea to get a little stand, and glue her feet to it. If however, you're buying her to play with, then it doesn't really matter, right? She can still be a fabulous addition to any Big Hero 6 toy collection, standing on her own, or not! |
